Rollxo sent me via email free spins with no deposit required. I played these free spins and won roughly $500. 


I wagered these winnings by buying 3 bonus buys at 20c each on the hoarder slot. This money has been fully wagered by now so I withdraw money and left myself with $50 to play with. I then carried on to win $1200.


According to the person on the live chat I violated the rules and I exceeded the maximum betting for this. I never once bet over the maximum wagering limit of $7.50 NZD. I did 3 bonus buy which it dosent state in your terms and condition you can’t do. Also I think it’s very unfair that the money I won after wagering it has been taken ($1200) That’s life changing for some people and you’re just going to take it. 


I think this is ridiculous as I never did a single bet over the bet limit. Please review this as I think you’ve made a mistake on your end. Send me any proof you have as I’m very confused as to how I violated your terms and conditions.


Also when players supposedly violate these rules take the money straight away instead of letting them play for 3 hours thinking they have won lots of money

2.2. The maximum bet while wagering is €5 (or equivalent in another available currency) unless otherwise specified. The maximum bet limit includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed and bonus rounds (purchased within the game). Breaching the maximum bet rule leads to all winnings from the bonus being confiscated and the deposit being refunded.

The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

yes I understand now but it’s still frustrating as their website let me purchase these bonus buys. They should really have a lock that dosent allow you to buy bonus games and go over their betting limit. As this would stop a lot of people getting ripped off

Thank you for your reply, cjscott23. I completely understand your frustration, but unfortunately, many casinos do not allow buying in-game features while a bonus is active. At this point, I can only recommend that you always read the bonus T&Cs to avoid a similar situation in the future.
