I'm having a serious issue with Shuffle.com (operated by Natural Nine B.V.).




On June 26, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request for $282.61 USDT. As of today, it's been 9 days and I still haven't received the funds.




I contacted their support multiple times via live chat and email, but received absolutely no reply. My account is fully verified, and there were no issues or explanations provided.




This kind of behavior feels like a scam and completely unprofessional. I’m reaching out here in hopes that someone from Shuffle.com will finally respond and process my withdrawal.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

It has now been more than 14 days since I requested the withdrawal, and I still haven't received any updates or explanation from support. My KYC is already at level 3, and all documents were verified a long time ago. The withdrawal was approved, yet there has been no progress or communication about the reason for the delay.

I kindly ask you to look into this matter and assist me in getting a clear answer.
