I deposited with Spin Million in May 2025. After requesting a refund, the casino claimed (in writing) they had refunded £155 to my Revolut card — first saying it was processed on June 6th, then later changing the date to June 2nd.


My bank has confirmed no refund was ever received or is pending. When I asked Spin Million for proof, they stopped responding and blocked my account, preventing me from accessing anything.


They also claim to be licensed under Cura?ao license 8048/JAZ (Antillephone N.V.), but I have written confirmation from Antillephone that they are not associated with Spin Million.


This situation has been reported to the UK Financial Ombudsman.


I strongly advise others to avoid this casino. They have been uncooperative, misleading, and their licensing claims appear to be false.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Nevertheless, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals or refunds from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.
