Awful. I just registered and wanted to inspect their slots' RTP settings (usually, you need to be logged in to view the true setting - when you're not it'll show the highest setting by default) before making any deposit but it won't let me pass the deposit page... I can't even log out again.

I gave them a try anyway and it turns out that, as suspected, they are indeed running the sub optimal RTP versions on a large number of their slots.

Lets's hope something good will still find a way to hit ??

Well, I'm not sure how you managed to find out about the RTP, but when it comes to deposit locks, it is quite common for some groups. There is nothing we can persuade the casino to do.

The statements do not show casinos but some shell companies, it violates the MCC block that the players give themselves as you put it. Did the casino tell you why it was blocking your account? I see that you won quite a nice amount, so it could be that the casino is checking and that's why they temporarily blocked your account. But of course it could also tell the player that he is making an investigation. 

However, if they didn't say anything, it's a good thing you filed a complaint and our team will try to help you. 

One more question, didn't the casino ask you for documents and did you play with the bonus or not?
