I deposited £15,000 and as I started to win my account got suspended without notice and they wanted further verification. I am up by about £6k and am now being held to ransom as I cannot withdraw the money.


This is the first time I have had my account suspended without notice during play. Reputable casinos get verification done once and do not hassle you while you are playing, especially when you are winning.


I have furnished them with the relevant info lets see if they pay up.

Please understand that it is a common procedure for casinos to audit players’ accounts, particularly, after accumulating a bigger win. From our experience it may take 14 days, but every casino is different and has its own procedure which needs to be followed.
