I have emailed and emailed and there is no response. They will not get back to me when I go on live chat. They tell me the same I withdrew £750 on the 22nd of January and all I keep getting is that it will be resolved but I have messaged everyday and no further forward I keep getting the same message and now I am worried that this site is a scam But they were okay. I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
