To whom is may concern,


My user name is H********* with WinningKing Casino online. I am the very first time customer and I have deposit my money from 2 banks accounts in amount of 8000 Baht in total. However, I further deposite more money to reach 11000 Baht in order to withdraw the whole lumsum at once. The administrator was refused to update my statement eventhough the money transaction has been transfered to a nominee bank account on behalf of the Casino account. Then, there is an administrator who is updating the balance into user account. She rejected to update the amount of 3000 as in the attachment. Then, she are trying to block me to access to my account and she was trying to block me from using the casino's services. At the end of the story, they have deleted my account completely. Therefore, I have lost all my money deposit to the casino in total of 11,000 Baht. I notice that this website is very strange why using nominee's bank account to receive cash from customer and why not transfer direct to the casino's bank account. That is mean the operator is trying to avoid to pay government tax or duty fee to my country which is very sceptical. I will do my best to inform everyone for such an unacceptable behavier of this Winning King Casino's system. In the conclusion, I have lost all my money because the administrator or programmer has deleted my user account and I cannot do anything. very sad...bad experience to Thailand's casino online businesses.
