I am trying to payout my money since 5 weeks already. The withdrawal is still pending. In the Live Chat Support they tell me the same thing over and over again. I will upload some attachments where they tell me the same stuff over and over again and where they even lie (for example saying it should be done by monday etc)

No i havent made any succesfull withdrawals before


I have passed the KYC verification and i uploaded a picture to proof it file


I accumulated 786/813 euros through a 1000x bomb on sweet bonanza without any bonus. because of my huge winning i was able to buy 160 free spins on Gates of olympus because of the "bubble points" you recieve through wagering/winning money. with these 160 free spins i could accumalate another 27 euros which led to me paying out 813 euros. 786 euros were completely bonus-less though so i must be able to pay it out.

I am sorry to confirm that since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue with the complaint resolution process and are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.


Usually, in order to reach any kind of agreement, all three parties (player, casino, and mediator) need to communicate closely. Unfortunately, this is not the case and we were left alone in our attempt to solve this issue.


Sadly, I couldn't be of more help, but bear i mind that closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review. 


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
