I have made several deposits.

According to their Terms and Conditions, I am entitled to a cashback. Yet, I have not received any such cashback on my deposits.

Yesterday, I clicked on "Deposit Now" in the cashback section and deposited 100 Euros, which I subsequently lost. Therefore, I should receive a 5% cashback today.

After discussing with customer support, I was told that due to local regulations, I was not entitled to this. When I asked what these regulations were, as the casino is not regulated in Germany, they simply wished me a good evening. This isn't about the amount, but the fact that this casino is apparently scamming people.
