It is true that the casino seems to pay players at a later time , but enough players wrote that they also received money, so I would not be so confident with your statement. 

And as for Radka and her post. What else can I tell you than what she already mentioned. When a casino is new, it's hard to assess what it will be like right from the start. Most of the time you need some experience to find out how it works, and that's why it's always a risk. It's not that anyone wants to make excuses, but it's just the way it is.

Hello. I don't really like Casino Guru's statements that a casino can take 14 days or more before you receive your money. Waiting for 3 payouts of €1400. The letter in your terms and conditions states that it can take 3 working days for the payout amount to be processed. That would be if players behaved like that, after depositing amounts and gambling away the amount, they would get the whole thing back from the bank after 2-3 weeks and then transfer the money to the casino again...or 4 weeks. Then we would have a problem. Account blocked...closed and reported for fraud. Even if the casino is new, you should think about it. Can't understand the high rating. Server overloaded at certain times. Games then don't run smoothly or you have a problem. You cannot verify yourself with documents beforehand so that there are no delays in withdrawals. Still can't upload documents. It will probably only have to be activated by the finance department when the payout is processed at some point. I personally cannot understand so many complaints and then the high rating.

Man kan sich nicht vorher verfizieren mit Dokumenten, damit es keine verz?gerung gibt bei Auszahlungen. Kann immer noch keine dokumente hoch laden. Wird wahrscheinlich erst von der Finanzabteilung frei geschaltet werden müssen wenn mal irgendwann mal die Auszahlung bearbeitet wird. Soviele beschwerden und dann die hohe bewertung kann ich pers?nlich nicht nachvollziehen.

However, according to what the last players wrote, everyone got the money in about 2 weeks, so I would still try to wait a bit and if nothing changes, then I would recommend to file a complaint. 14 days is exactly how long we give the casinos to sort it out. Do you think you will wait a little longer or file a complaint now ? ??

But as far as complaints are concerned, I have seen that a lot of them have been solved and the casino has no unresolved ones. It is true that sometimes 2 weeks is enough for a player to wait for his money, but this time 14 days casinos have to solve everything necessary such as verification and money transfer, to make checks when it is necessary and so on. So we give them 14 days to do that, but it would always be best if it was resolved sooner. 

On the other hand, if you have a problem with games and stuff like that, then you don't have to play here after you've made your withdrawal. Of course, if you have an issue you can contact us and we will try to help. 

To date, they have not managed to pay me out in full and once again no response from support. This is so ridiculous.

I was paid out €1,000 instead of €1,500 after I started a complaint. Since March 8, 2024, I have been trying to get my money IN FULL, but so far to no avail. Since yesterday, I have written 4 emails to support, but have not received a response yet. And in the ongoing complaint, I also said that the case is not resolved for me until I have received all of my money.

Mir wurden von 1500€, 1000€ ausgezahlt nachdem ich eine Beschwerde begonnen hab. Seit dem 08.03.2024 bin ich dabei an mein Geld KOMPLETT zukommen, aber vergeblich bis jetzt. Seit gestern hab ich dem Support 4 Email geschrieben, bis jetzt keine Antwort. Und in der laufenden Beschwerde hab ich auch gesagt, das für mich der Fall nicht gel?st ist, solange ich nicht mein ganzes Geld erhalten hab.

The casino is violating its own terms and conditions. It states very clearly that withdrawals must be processed within 3 working days. If there are delays of 1-2 days due to holidays, I don't think any player will mind. But taking 2-4 weeks or longer is not acceptable! We don't get any interest. They have our money to work with. We deposited money, which the casino received immediately. They can take up to 14 days or longer to pay out?! NO. We're not talking about a few hundred euros or dollars here. Rather in the 5-6 digit range. If the liquidity or staff to process the money isn't available, even if it's new, a casino shouldn't be allowed to open. I hope you now know what I mean and that many players have a problem with having to wait so long for their payout.

Update: I think it's great that you take complaints when players have problems with the casinos. I think you also have good contact with them. But the complaints should be processed sooner without the 14 day rule. According to the general terms and conditions that the casinos themselves have written. Wenn es durch Feiertage mal 1-2 Tage verz?gerungen geben sollte glaube ich, hat kein Spieler was dagegen. Aber 2-4 Wochen oder l?nger sich Zeit zu lassen geht nicht! Wir bekommen keine Zinsen. Die haben unserer Geld wo die mit arbeiten. Wir haben eingezahlt, was dass casino sofort bekommt. Die dürfen sich bis 14 Tage oder l?nger Zeit nehmen für die Auszahlung?! NEIN. Wir sprechen hier nicht von ein paar hundert Euro oder Dollar. Sondern eher im 5-6 stelligen bereich. Wenn die liquidit?t oder das personal für die Bearbeitung nicht vorhanden sein sollte auch wenn es neu ist sollte ein Casino nicht er?ffnet werden düfen. Ich hoffe jetzt wisst Ihr, was ich meine und auch viele Spieler ein Problem damit haben, so lange auf Ihre Auszahlung warten zu müssen.

This 14 full-day approach is based on our general experiences with handling players' complaints. It's a line we draw to define a state when there is an ultimate need to step in.

Asking each casino where the player is experiencing a delayed payment would be extremely inefficient for both sides, especially for players.

Though I personally agree, the time frame is quite long.

Additionally, I wrote that two times today already - the terms and conditions refer to a standard situation. If the casino is experiencing a delay, I imagine they focus on finding the solution, their primary intention would not be to change the terms of use. Another question is how the KYC affects the withdrawal speed, and most likely we would find a part saying that passing the account verification is necessary to be eligible for the withdrawal.

The time frame, in my opinion, refers to the point when the financial team approves the withdrawal in the system or confirms it to its payment provider. It makes sense to me.

Although I agree, if the support is caring and supportive enough, no obvious complications from the player's side are involved, the whole process should be much faster.

Has anyone been paid since March 27th? I have a pending withdrawal from March 30 myself
