If the game had technical problems, it's something that can happen, but with the last FS I'd probably be pretty upset about it.
I would assume that the casino would investigate such a situation with the game provider, or at least take an interest in it. But I see that they haven't told you anything yet, so opening the complaint will be a good step and we'll see if the casino comes up with something in the next few days or not.
