i was playing Rich Leprechaun megaway on mrjonescasino.com .. i got onto a bonus on ￡2 i roughly won ￡2500 and still had one spin to go and the game totally cut out and is now unavailable i am now without my winnings and cant access the game. Mrjones are being very unhelpful and telling me nothing!! I still cant get back onto the game over 24 hours later!

Hey, that's something I wouldn't want to go through myself.
If the game had technical problems, it's something that can happen, but with the last FS I'd probably be pretty upset about it.
I would assume that the casino would investigate such a situation with the game provider, or at least take an interest in it. But I see that they haven't told you anything yet, so opening the complaint will be a good step and we'll see if the casino comes up with something in the next few days or not.
If not we will try to help you somehow if possible.
