Yes, I think they didn't understand that I made a deposit with Postepay and two virtual cards. Postepay has its own movement list. Virtual cards have a single movement list. The rest has been approved.

Hi, I provided the list of movements of the methods used for deposits but they ask for proof of the deposit made on April 11th. I didn't make any deposits on April 11th and they can see it too from the transactions

From what I've read so far, I still think you're doing great th way you respond to casino's requests. Just keep up, it may feel complicated now, still, I suposse focusing on closing this process sucessfully is the top priority and leads to the happy ending. ??

Maybe you're soon to find out. Untill they use it as sort of disproof though, I'd say it's not so important.
