Hi, what you describe is unfortunately quite common nowadays. Of course the best thing would be to verify beforehand, but that is not possible everywhere. Most of the time it's at the first withdrawal, but I understand that if you make a withdrawal and wait for it to arrive and after a couple of days you get a call for some documents, it's probably not the most pleasant. 

As for the transaction history of what you have to send, that seems like a basic thing to me. I see what you are saying, but you will have to cooperate to successfully verify yourself and get the money. So for me the best thing to do would be to write to the provider to see if it is possible to get the transaction history and send it to the casino. I can't think of anything better.

Yep. I made a withdrawal request for 500.00 euros on March 26th. My request is still being reviewed. It's now April 12th. I've been in contact by email and chat many times. They say there are delays in processing. It seems like it's such a large amount that they can't pay.

Now the withdrawal check has been set up on the account so that the cancel button is right next to the button where you can check the processing status. In case you accidentally press the cancel button!!
