Three weeks ago I won $45,000 on Roobet - i tried to withdraw and it said my account has been frozen and I am unable to withdraw.
I have spent the last 3 weeks speaking to live chat and they have been extremely vague. They said the 'bets were under investigation'.
Last week I received a message saying the review process had been completed and I would hear back the next day.
I am yet to receive any additional information, they have not asked for any information from me or explained what the situation is.
I am close to instructing an attorney as I have looked at the terms and conditions with my legal and team and I have clearly not breached any terms.
Additionally, nowehere in Roobet's terms and conditions does it state they can whithold funds with no explanation.
The Curacao Gaming Board clearly state that a reason must be provided if there is any form of suspicion - but again - I have heard nothing!
Concerned this is a major scam and need this warning to be seen by the many players on their platform.
