No passado dia 13 de Outubro Fi registo no Snatch casino incluindo a verifica??o da conta no próprio site que já dava indica??o que poderia efetuar levantamento dos ganhos, posteriormente tive um ganho de 2000 euros e aí come?a o problema. Solicitei o levantamento que ficou pendente e passado umas horas recebi um e-mail a pedir documentos, respondi ao e-mail e nunca mais obtive resposta entro em contato com o chat ao vivo mas mais parece que as respostas s?o automatizadas porque dizem sempre a mesma coisa.
Aguardar que o departamento financeiro responda, n?o aconselho este casino a ninguém é muito muito mau .
