First time i played in a casino as bad as Ybets. 45 maybe more than my winnnings here and still can't take my monye.

First they check for 30 days my playing. When this time finished i tried again to withdraw my money. Today after 15 days of my withdraaw that is pending go in the site and saw that one of my wothdraws are canceled.

At the chat say that kyc is responsible, and sent me email but never send me anything. After my question when they send me this email they told me they have forward at techical department but this answer i receive it before but never send me anything.


Please also check my complaint here, and see that casino guru use all if the time to reply and casino, didn't asked yet.

But this casino have 9+ here rediculous.

Did the 30 of checking, as you wrote, also include the checks from the game provider, though?

If this was the case, it is unfortunately understandable, as game providers usually take longer to finish with these checks.

Hopefully, the casino will soon explain the situation in your complaint, as your complaint resolver has asked them to join in. Right?

Im very curious why this casino has such high score but the complaint section is full of members that complain about delaying tactics with withdrawal and KYC…. If YOU the player just send a e-mail to the game provider they will tell you that they never get a audit game play reqeust from the cassino…. Shame on you Ybets for using this false method so the player will lose their winnings over this kind of BS and ofcourse u pay out winnings over weeks of waiting and eventually get your score high because the system sees it as resolved….. just don’t play here and read all the negative revieuws of players and so many complain all the Same !!!!

To tell you the truth, we have noticed this as well, as many players actually complained about the same thing.

Unfortunately, though, as of now, we are unable to do much about it when it comes to lowering the safety index of the casino, as they always pay at the end.

We discuss it with the casino representatives but have no actual answer to what is happening there. So, all the players just have to hang in there, even though we understand that it is not very pleasant, for sure.

But do you also experience this at Ybets yourself?

I requested the withdrawal on June 20th, and after being in 'Processing' state for 2 days, it got canceled by the casino. I contacted support and they told me this:

Your gaming session has been forwarded to the provider for checking. During this process, all withdrawal requests will be temporarily paused. Please be aware that the review typically takes up to 14 days, although it may occasionally take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

I have played on a lot of different online casinos but never have I experienced this before. Why would a game provider need to check my gaming/playing history? I find it all very strange..

I will post a new message once I hear back from them.

Well, it is unusual for me. I have been gambling online for 6+ years and this is the first time I ever experience something like this. But as I read in the comments above me, I'm not the only one that's experiencing this at this casino. Other players have also stated their withdrawal got canceled and the game provider is reviewing their activity. I just hope my winnings will eventually be paid out, and this isn't some scam.

This casino is clearly using this as a stalling tactic for players with pending cashouts hoping they reverse and play it back.


They just did this to me and told me it would be a minimum of 14 days but can take 45 days. They are lying and you know it. I know a few different casinos software designers and I also know two other casinos who did this when someone got 100,000x win. The win was verified within 24 hours.


Not on any planet would it take up to 45 days to verify anything.


This is completely unacceptable behavior and should not be anywhere near a 9 rating. I would argue with a 5 rating and the casino should quite possibly be black listed. This is rogue behavior to say the least and you guys should never ever allow a casino t behave this way.


Look at all the complaints in here.


Time to hold them accountable and tell them to smarten up instead of allowing and encouraging it.

I can assure you our colleagues have been trying to find a way to push on those affiliates without jeopardizing the complaints outcome yet has been far too long without improvement.

I personally hope for a clear decision about this (and a few other) group.

Whatever decision you make, please keep in mind all of the players with pending cashouts. There are clearly dozens in here alone.


I would like to see their rep nudged and told to smarten up and stop this and not black list them yet as that may result in them not paying anyone ever.

I believe my previous reply kind of explains the matter from our position too. Additionally, as forum admins, we are not in a position to demand any action. The Complaint Team relied on affiliate managers to get things improved, but it seems it is no longer an option. From the casino's perspective, all is well, and we disagree for quite some time. I believe we are approaching a critical point of events. I just hope that this situation won't affect our ability to resolve all complaints submitted against the entire group.

They have one issue. Massive delayed payments and telling every single player who tries to withdraw "sorry no payment for 14-60 days, we need to review your gameplay".


If they stop this, all is ok.
