I guess it's a logical solution to the whole situation. I thought it might be some technical problem that the casino fixed but apparently it's not. I was wondering if it could also be the internet connection or something like that, but I'm not sure. It would probably be good if there was someone who has the same problem as you, that it happens to more players. If they don't have anything to say about it, and therefore we can't say for sure what's going on, there's probably not much we can do about it. 

Anyway, as you say, you have the power to do at least what you can control, and that is not to deposit any more.

First of all, this is not my first withdrawal — I’ve been using the platform for over two months, and previous withdrawals were processed in under 10 minutes.

I had previously emailed customer support asking them to stop interrupting games mid-play, as it was becoming clear that it was a form of cheating. I never received a response, but to their credit, they did stop doing it.

To make sure they had really changed, I made a new deposit — everything seemed fine, and I actually won.

However, when I requested a withdrawal, that’s when the scamming behavior started. They held the funds under the excuse of "processing," and it’s been over 48 hours with no update. The amount is 3 LTC.

In my opinion, they used to cut the game server if the spin was about to result in a big win. After I called them out via email, they stopped that tactic — but now they’ve reverted to an older scam.

They delay the withdrawal process for days, hoping the user will cancel it out of frustration and lose the funds. Then they can simply say, "We were going to process the withdrawal, but you didn’t wait."

To me, this casino is now officially part of the scammer list.
