Trainwreck, one of the world’s most famous streamers, is heading back for a live stream on June 1, 2025, after the co-founder of Kick, a popular rival of Twitch, withdrew from active streaming back in late February.
The reason was concerns about his safety. Although he remained cryptic about his withdrawal, he informed his fans at the end of March that he had missed streaming, but had no choice still other than stay away.

However, he did promise to be back to the "degeneracy" relatively soon at the time, and now he is delivering on this promise.
To celebrate, Trainwreck will be launching a Kick stream this Sunday, during which he has promised to open a Counter-Strike loot box that is worth $100,000, according to the returning streamer.
Once this is sorted, Trainwreck will be heading for the online casino treating his fans to their preferred type of content. Trainwreck is co-founder of Kick, a platform that emerged in the wake of the Twitch ban on gambling.
Kick’s premise is not much unlike Twitch’s – consumers should be protected from unwanted content, but the key difference is that the platform allows users to choose if they want to filter specific streamers or content rather than imposing a blanket ban.
Kick has been gearing up to fight Twitch for supremacy in the streaming space, although it is still a long way away. At one point, rumors swirled that Kick may be attempting to buy out Twitch.
