Thank you for handling my case. I would like to provide you with an update regarding my situation with Betalright Casino.
My previous withdrawal was cancelled without explicit reasoning, i submitted a new withdrawal request for €500 with a different payment method (MasterCard) for this withdrawal because the Visa card I used for my initial deposit expired in December 2024.
I am attaching screenshots of my recent correspondence with Betalright Casino regarding this matter, which show:
- The cancellation of my previous withdrawal request
- The new withdrawal request details
