Zatra?io sam zatvaranje mog naloga i potpunu zabranu marketinga 19.10.2024. i primio sam potvrdu da je moj nalog zatvoren i obave?ten o tome kako je kazino posve?en odgovornom igranju. Tako?e sam poslao posebnu poruku 13.1. tra?im potvrdu da je moj nalog zatvoren i posebno tra?im da se blokira sav marketing.
Nisam se se?ao da sam zatvorio nalog i dobio sam e-po?tu u kojoj mi je ponu?eno 10 FS. Nisam mogao da se prijavim, pitao sam u ?etu ?ta je razlog.
Dobio sam odgovor u ?askanju da sam zatvorio svoj nalog pre nekog vremena. Jednostavno sam prokomentarisao da je lo?a usluga nastaviti sa slanjem e-po?te i napustio ?askanje. Nisam tra?io da ponovo otvorim svoj nalog jer je moja zavisnost od kockanja i dalje van kontrole.
Kasnije sam obave?ten da je kazino otvorio moj ra?un (iako to nisam tra?io) i kao rezultat toga sam deponovao novac u kazinu. Sada zahtevam da kazino vrati moj novac u celosti istim putem kojim je deponovan. Poslao sam ovaj zahtev kazinu 1.2. i do danas nisam dobio nikakvu drugu poruku osim automatske potvrde o tome kako se stvar re?ava ili da li su potrebne dodatne informacije. Me?utim, moj nalog je (sre?om) zatvoren. Pitao sam 4.2. za dalje informacije o ovom pitanju bez dobijanja odgovora, a poslao sam i snimak ekrana ?albenog postupka ?kupac ?e biti u razumnoj meri obave?ten o statusu njihove ?albe" bez dobijanja odgovora.
Pitao sam u kazino ?askanju 6. februara 2025. da li mogu ne?to da uradim da pomognem ovom pitanju i dobio sam veoma lo?u uslugu od predstavnika korisni?ke podr?ke, koji je rekao, izme?u ostalog, da izvrtanje stvari ne?e pomo?i stvarima kada sam pitao za obe?anje usluge kazina.
8. februara sam u istom tiketu pitao kada ?e kazino prvi put da mi odgovori, a da nisam dobio nikakav odgovor.
15. februara sam istom tiketu poslao poruku da jo? ?ekam njihov odgovor.
18. februara, agent za ?askanje kazina savetovao me je da podnesem novu ?albu. U?inio sam to i do sada nisam dobio nikakvu reakciju osim automatizovanog odgovora na novu kartu koju sam otvorio.
Zahtevam da kazino odmah vrati moj depozit i odgovori na moj kontakt.
I have requested the closure of my account and a complete marketing ban on 19.10.2024. and have received confirmation that my account has been closed and informed of how the casino is committed to responsible gaming. I have also sent a separate message on 13.1. asking for confirmation that my account has been closed and separately requesting that all marketing be blocked.
I didn't remember closing my account and got an email offering me 10 FS. I couldn't log in, I asked in the chat what was the reason.
I received a reply in the chat saying that I had closed my account a while ago. I simply commented that it was bad service to keep sending emails and left the chat. I did not ask to reopen my account because my gambling addiction is still out of control.
I was later notified that the casino had opened my account (even though I didn't request it) and as a result I deposited money with the casino. I am now demanding that the casino refund my money in full via the same route as it was deposited. I have sent this request to the casino on 1.2. and to date I have not received any message other than an automatic acknowledgement as to how the matter is being handled or whether any further information is needed. However, my account has (fortunately) been closed. I have asked on 4.2. for further information on the matter without receiving a response, and I have also sent a screenshot of the complaints procedure "the customer will be kept reasonably informed of the status of their complaint" without receiving any response yet.
I asked in the casino chat on February 6, 2025 if there was anything I could do to help the matter and I received very poor service from the customer service representative, who said, among other things, that twisting the matter would not help matters when I asked about the casino's service promise.
On February 8th, I asked in the same ticket when the casino was going to respond to me for the first time without receiving any response.
On February 15th, I sent a message to the same ticket to say that I was still waiting for their response.
On February 18th, the casino's chat agent advised me to file a new complaint. I did so, and so far I have not received any reaction other than an automated response to the new ticket I opened.
I demand that the casino return my deposit immediately and respond to my contact.
