Napravio sam povla?enje 10. septembra 2023. Istog dana primio sam e-po?tu da je povla?enje odobreno. Pro?ao je obe?ani raspored pla?anja kazina od 3-5 radnih dana, a novac nije stigao pa sam poslao poruku putem ?askanja u?ivo. Kao odgovor, rekli su mi da je do ka?njenja do?lo zbog problema sa mojom bankom. Tra?io sam dokumentaciju koja pokazuje na koji ra?un je kazino prebacio uplatu, ali mi je re?eno u live chatu da takva dokumentacija nije dostupna. Shodno tome, preneli su pitanje svom finansijskom odeljenju. Nakon nebrojenih kontakata u ?askanju u?ivo i slanja e-po?te, tra?ili su moje bankovne izvode za poslednja tri meseca. Uradio sam po uputstvima, ali nisam dobio odgovor. Ju?e sam ponovo posetio live chat i obe?ano mi je da ?e moj problem biti prvi u redu za hitne slu?ajeve i da ?e ga Ministarstvo finansija re?iti ?im zapo?nu radni dan. Dovoljno predvidljivo, nisam dobio nikakve novosti. Svaki put kada sam se suo?io sa njihovim radom korisni?ke slu?be putem ?askanja, moja ?kazino sesija" je misteriozno zaklju?ena – ?to zna?i da sam izba?en i morao sam ponovo da se prijavim. Pro?lo je skoro mesec dana otkako je moje povla?enje odobreno i ni?ta se ne radi po tom pitanju!!!

Yesterday, I visited the live chat again and was promised that my issue would be the first in the queue for urgent cases and would be addressed by the finance department as soon as they start their workday. Predictably enough, I have received no updates. Each time I confronted their customer service operation through chat, my "casino session" was mysteriously concluded- meaning I was kicked out and had to log back in again. It's nearly been a month since my withdrawal was approved and nothing is being done about it!!!
