Legiano Casino huge fraud since last Wednesday I have requested withdrawals from the Casino and they still have not credited me with the money I am entitled to!!! From what I see I am not the only one how can we take legal action to get what we were owed

Normally I would say this is definitely good news - and don't take me wrongly here; I'm glad you got the money - but it leaves a bit of a stain when TP reviews need to be used as leverage. It is not a positive signal for other players, I reckon. In any case, and despite the circumstances, I'd like to congratulate you! ?????

Although I would never consider making such a suggestion, have you read the tip regarding a TP review? It might be simpler than hiring a lawyer.

Good morning, I also have the same issue with this company, I have made 2 withdrawals of 500 euros 10 and 9 days ago and they tell me in the live chat about a technical problem, while on whats up with one of their associates that I am talking to, he told me that they will be credited yesterday or today, which I don't think will happen since the withdrawals haven't even been processed.

Good news at last I would say. You also mention that yesterday you made a withdrawal and the next day it arrived. I don't understand why some players wait a day and others wait so long.

According to what I've seen some players have already received money and I don't know what the casino's schedule is. It seems to me that there is no such thing when someone waits for two weeks and someone gets the money basically right away. 

We give casinos 14 days and if you don't get the money by then, then I would recommend opening a complaint.

Since the casino say s by itself that it takes 3 days to check the withdraw and complete it, why should I give them more days? I am already worried about what I ve read here about them.

I just received 2 emails, one that one deposit was canceled and the second that the first deposit was completed. I am trying to contact them to see why this is happening.

It would certainly be good to find out why this is happening, but it looks like your first withdrawal should be based on what you are describing. Do you also take into account that the withdrawal is complete? 

My first withdrawal was credited to my bank account, but the second was cancelled by them for no reason. I am trying to find out why.
