been depositing alot on 22bet with my mastercard, and now when i try to withdraw money i've won to my mastercard it doesnot work, the live support say bank is rejecting it. so i contacted my bank, and they looked into the matter and they said it shouldnot be any issues. 22bet live support is a joke, they tell me there is alternative payment methods which i can withdraw with, but to withdraw with another payment method i have to make a new deposit and play. any suggestions what to do?

Hello, this is actually a very common issue with Mastercards. Simply said, some Masterards don't support withdrawals back to them and it's not the casino's fault. Anyway, since you have the card, you must have a bank account as well, so they should be able to send the money there (after you send them some bank statement confirming that the bank account is yours). Unfortunately, in order to avoid this, I can only advise to use VISA or completely different payment methods.

Yeah, I've never heard about a case where a bank would decline a withdrawal back to VISA. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it never happened to me when I worked with the payments in a casino.

Yea, well i will try different withdrawal method and let's pray that works. Had to create jeton wallet and deposit money to the wallet and then deposit money into 22bet account. Then make a bet on a minimum of 1.1 odds and the provide evidence to their mail of me using a new payment method. Then hopefully i will be able to withdraw my money to jeton wallet and then into my bank account.

In some casinos, it's very complicated for them to send you a withdrawal to a payment method that was never used. That's why they sometimes ask you to make a min. deposit, but they should never force you to play or bet. The deposit has to be done in order to register your new payment method in their system, but I don't understand the 1.1 odds bet...

I have the exactly same problem with 22bet. I deposited 100 USD with my Mastercard and now I want to withdraw my 3957 USD but Im just getting denied.. it says "(Denied by operator. (Payment processing error))".

I just dont get it, as u say giseryd.. the support is a joke, both their live support and their email support. Its so frustrating, anyone in here that have had this common problem and finally succeded to withdraw your money?
