watch out for the casino called spinia. i got a story to tell and u guys will be suprised of this one.

i deposited 400 euro on spinia and got a 100 euro bonus deposit. so i went to speed lightning roulette and made a try. I put 475 euro all together on the first bet. I got a 12500 euro win. isnt that a huge win??? So bassicly i was so suprised and went to my wife to tell it her. After that i went back to the website. All the money was still standing there. When i went to the withdraw tab ALL of the money was gone. There was only the 400 eurothat i deposited myself. So basicly 12100 euro was gone.

when i emailed and live chatted the casino with the problem you know what they said? You cancelled your bonus that you got on the deposit, and thats why all of the money is gone. I was basicly shocked at what they told me. I kept messaging but they keep to their words, i cancelled the bonus and thats why the money is gone. I should be more carefull next time!

i am still trying to figure this out with them, but they are not doing anything. Maybe you guys could help me out. I am not going to let this money fly away. Here is the proof of me winning. i will upload some of the reactions of the casino to, and they even put the cancelled bonus under my tab bonusses, i will upload that to. Untill now all of this looks like a really nice settup for not paying my winning money out.

I am very sorry, but your bonus was probably cancelled automatically. You have breached the max €5 bet which probably caused that bonus was cancelled. When you have an active bonus, you can't make a bet higher then €5. (and you did bet €475)

Breaking this rule cause the voiding the bonus and that's exactly what's happened.

no thats not the case. Becouse i had all of the money on my account after the bet. the 12500 euro. and thats not their explanation. You can bet as many money as u want. u just have to wage the money before withdrawing. The bonus is waged x125 so thats not the point, and thats not their point neither. Their point of view is that i cancelled a bonus and thats why the waged money is gone to. I only got my 400 euro that i deposited, becouse of me cancelling my bonus. WHAT i never did. If the bonus was not cancelled i still had the money.

I don't know why they told you this, but the point here is that you can't make a bet higher than €5 with an active bonus.

It doesn't matter what support guy told you (maybe a new guy) important is that you breached the bonus rules. The correct reaction from the casino is to cancel the bonus, and that happened.

what u mean you cannot make a bet higher than 5 euro lol. if u make a first deposit of 1000 by example and get 100 euro bonus for first deposit you cannot put higher bets than 5 euro? Since when does this work like that? I have been betting around the internet for many years now and never seen something like that? ofcourse you can put high bets, why should you deposit a high amaunt of money and get a 10%BONUS first deposit only while u can only bet with 5 euro? where is this written, no logic behind this. And my money is not cancelled by this, i spoke to different people at live chat and i even asked if its becouse of what you say. they keep saying i cancelled my bonus manualy.

Again, I am sorry, but this is something like the basic rule. Yes if you deposit €1000 and take a bonus your maximum bet cannot exceed €5. It is a very common rule, and for some payment methods (skrill/Neteller) this could be even less (€2 for example)
