On February 20,2024, I redeemed two times in the amount of 30 dollars each. It is now March 12th. And I have gotten not a dime. When I hit the contact button, I get a bot email saying staff is out for the weekend (regardless of what day I do it, I've tried every day of the week) and as soon as they return I will receive help or a response.
