Thank you for being so kind & supportive, truly. ?? I did withdraw via my Bitcoin wallet. I'd say I had my funds within 2.5 to 3 hours max from the actual time of my withdrawal request. I was either in a little queue and/or there was a lot of crypto moving at that time (the latter is my understanding but I'm not a crypto pro). Please let me know if I left anything out! ??

For anybody reading my info from here, this is about my successful withdrawal! Please keep in mind that I cashed out after Brango support had confirmed my submitted identity verification and I made a $10 "verification deposit" via Bitcoin. However, I recently assumed the same of Lucky Legends--which I was very impressed with despite many negative reviews. . . only to find out that the initial withdrawal request is processed instantly with Lucky Legends. On subsequent withdrawals, LL takes a minimum of 7-10 business days just to *approve*your withdrawal request! I find this ridiculous because they certainly did process my deposit instantly lol. ???? Hello, since you have filed a complaint I have helped myself a bit and I see that the main problem is in the withdrawal of the money that has not arrived to you. 

However, could you explain what the specific problem is and what the casino told you why you don't have the funds ? Your account is already verified here ? How long exactly have you been waiting please ?

The problem is that I used a VPN when I first logged in and Norway was automatically set as my residence when I signed up.

I couldn't change it. Other sites change the name and address automatically when you do kyc.

In many casinos it is forbidden to use a VPN and therefore players may think that they often want to bypass the resctrictions by using it. That's probably why you have the problem you have at the moment. So always be aware of this fact, because you can get your winnings taken away, you don't have to go through KYC and so on. 

Anyway, I saw that you mentioned in your complaint that the casino refunded your deposit. 

So is that a solution for you?
