They stole 6k of my money on clean bonus claiming one game I played during the session was a "Table Game" and this is not allowed. Well, if you play a table game you can only cash out 2x your deposit per their terms. They rigged their system to switch a regular slot to table game to justify stealing. Anyway, I would like to know what the investigation is about. If you played with a bonus, the casino could theoretically look into whether everything was okay.

Try a different browser, or device. My chat was missing one day for a few hours, but then it came back. I’m not sure if it was a glitch or what happened but I thought I was blocked from chat, but it came back.

If they plan not to pay, I'm probably not surprised. All in all, the whole situation is taking a long time, so right now I'm more skeptical than positive. Anyway, until the complaint is closed anything can happen.

They seem to fabricate lies about game play. Either a glitch or suspicious activities, etc... They reject the withdrawal and only allowed me my deposit back. I have played on a bunch of sites and never was i accused of suspicious activity or anything like that. I wouldn't even know how to cheat or do something to manipulate the games. Sad, but that's the way it is. The casino has now received black points which will be reflected in its Safety index. I would like to say or be an opportunist in that they would try to sort things out but I rather think it will be the other way around.
