Joy casino is a curacao company. I have been an idiot and continued to deposit here even though I've never actually withdrew any money. I've been reading up on chargebacks but not sure how to go about it. Do I go directly to the Joy Casino customer support team and demand refunds and threatening to involve mastercard? Or do I just go right to mastercard? They are a company who use 3rd party merchants to bypass the law against mastercard and visas not being used for online gambling. They also don't have a safe gambling option nor can i remove my payment information or personal information. I'm not looking to get back everything I've lost over the last few years there but the 10k I have lost in the last month would be a start. I live in Canada and would love to hear your guys thoughts.
