Whenever I made deposits at other online casinos, the money was credited immediately, so 15 minutes after the deposit I contacted them via chat and they told me that it would probably be credited to me before the 2 hours were up.

Pasado dicho tiempo, me volví a comunicar con ellos, les pasé el comprobante del depósito y supuestamente elevaron un reclamo al departamento de finanzas y que a la brevedad se iban a estar comunicando conmigo por correo electrónico.
Pasaron 12 hs sin noticias por lo que me volví a comunicar con el chat, me atendió otra persona y me dijo que los depósitos pueden tardar de 2 a 4 días hábiles en acreditarse y que recién allí podía elevar una queja. Me pareció algo que no tiene sentido porque nadie querría apostar en un casino con esas demoras y además se contradecía con las 2 personas que me atendieron antes que me dijeron que no tardaban mas de 2 hs en acreditarse.
Hace un momento me volví a comunicar (casi 24 hs desde que realicé el depósito) y la persona me dijo que el reclamo lo está viendo el área correspondiente, que él no podía hacer nada y se iban a comunicar por correo electrónico.
?Podrán ayudarme a cómo tengo que proceder? Es la primera vez que me pasa algo así y tengo miedo de perder mi dinero.
