Nakon ?to sam uklonio svoju ?albu i postavio iskrenu recenziju u vezi sa vremenom ?ekanja i odgovorima na sve oblike kontakata, vratio sam se ponovo prvobitno. Osvojio sam 4000 ?ekao sam 20 dana da moj nalog bude verifikovan da bih mogao da izvr?im povla?enje, prvo je obavljeno oko 4 dana za koje mi je re?eno da mogu da povu?em samo 500 odjednom jer sam novi igra?, zatim sam ?ekao 11 dana na svoje drugo povla?enje i sada sam ponovo jedanaestog dana za slede?e povla?enje i ne dobijam odgovor ni sa jednog e-maila ili razgovarajte tako da sam od 4000 za skoro 2 meseca uspeo da povu?em 1000.
Jo? uvek mogu da otka?em svoj zahtev za povla?enje nakon 11 dana, tako da mi to govori da nije ni blizu obradi.
mo?e li neko da mi odgovori sa detaljima osim ?askanja u?ivo i info@ e-po?te jer ne dobijam nigde sa njima i frustriraju?e je ?to mislim da ?u imati jo? nekoliko meseci pre nego ?to mogu da podignem svoj puni iznos
After removing my complaint and posting an honest review regarding waiting time and reply’s to all forms of contacts I’m back again originally I won 4000 waited 20 days for my account to be verified to be able to make a withdrawal first one was done in around 4 days to which I was told I could only withdraw 500 at a time due to being a new player I then waited 11 days for my second withdrawal and now again I’m on my eleventh day for my next withdrawal getting no reply from either email or chat so out of 4000 in nearly 2 months I’ve been able to withdraw 1000.
I can still cancel my withdrawal request after 11 days so that tells me it’s not even getting close to being processed.
can someone reply to me with details other than live chat and info@ email because I’m getting no where with them and it’s frustrating to think I’m going to have another couple of months before I can withdraw my full amount

I wanted the complaint closed because my initial complaint was that I waited 20 days for my account to be verified to be able to make my withdrawal and I wasn’t getting anywhere with the live chat/emails. I wanted to be able to write a honest review so people knew that if you do win the withdrawal process is a long one and I am again waiting 11 days to still get my request processed.

Just an update after putting this on, they then accepted my withdrawal request of 1500 paid me £465 and the remaining £1000 hasn’t been put back on to my balance as it usually would. I have emailed and wrote in chat so waiting on reply to see where the £1000 is

I’ve never known it either the last few times it comes up cancelled after sending the £500 I am allowed to withdraw and the rest usually goes back on my balance and I just request it all again so that I’m not spending it to wait ages to get it back, I wouldn’t mind the site itself and games are good the RTP is good also just really poor communication and waiting 11 days at a time for even a portion of my winnings isn’t ideal.
