I tried with Revolut they rejected them in 30 mins so I raised two complaints as they only mentioned one transaction on the 1st one it is raised to FOS and the other no reply to the complaint been about 2 months and been chasing with no reply

You will need to wait at least 45 days if the merchant refunds direct when chargeback is raised it happens quick I got ￡2000 next day after they were raised from one so they must be holding it out
