Okrenuo sam se svojoj banci i rekli su da mogu da pokrenem spor sa njima ako mi se ne javi MiStake, pa ?u a?urirati ako budem uspeo.

So I sent an email to MyStake earlier but not expecting anything back. Have hunted through this forum and searched for hours for merchant contacts but I've found nothing, sadly.
I turned to my bank and they've said I can raise a dispute with them if I don't hear back from MyStake so will update if I have any success.

Da li ste poku?ali sa lokalnim advokatom na Kurasau koji razume tamo?nji pejza?? Tamo sve kontroli?e centralna banka.. mo?da se vredi rastati sa malom naknadom i na?i nekoga. To je ono ?to sam iskreno uradio jer je moja banka stala na stranu Modulr FS-a koji dozvoljavaju nelicenciranim kockarnicama kao ?to je MiStake da prihvate britanske kupce!
Have you tried a local lawyer in Curacao who understands the landscape there? Everything is controlled by the central bank there.. it may be worth parting with a small fee and finding someone. That’s what I’ve done honestly as my bank sided with Modulr FS who allow unlicensed casinos like MyStake to accept uk customers!

You could try it you will wait a long time though if they raised the chargebacks and they failed usually that is it though

Danas sam razgovarao sa nekim iz Santandera telefonom, po?to sam ?eleo da se uverim da su primili moj dokaz, gospo?a je rekla da mo?da nema ni osnova za povra?aj sredstava jer je po mojim re?ima 'kazino uplatio novac'. Objasnio sam joj da to ne osporavam, ali im nikako ne pada na pamet da trgovci nemaju veze sa kockanjem pa je to nebitno! Sigurno ne mo?e biti ovako te?ko... Oni ?e pregledati dokaze koje sam poslao pa da vidimo
Spoke with someone from santander on the phone today, as I wanted to make sure they received my evidence, the lady said there may not even be grounds to chargeback as in my words the ‘casino have credited the money’ . I explained to her that I wasn’t disputing that, but they can’t seem to get it into their head that the merchants have nothing to do with gambling so it’s irrelevant ! Surely it can’t be this difficult… They’re going to review the evidence I’ve sent so let’s see

Elegro also came back to me today saying they don’t have the transactions on their system!?!? Surely not the case as their website clearly states they are ‘Niko Technologies’. They are obviously aware that merchants use their service to do illegal business so I guess that’s the end of that

Kreditne kartice imaju bolju za?titu pa biste pomislili da bi trebalo da poma?u. Moja MasterCard kreditna kartica je bila za mene i bio sam 100 posto iskren sa njima o svemu.
Credit cards have better protection so you would think they should be helping. My MasterCard credit card did for me and I was 100 percent truthful with them about everything.

Uglavnom su me samo ignorisali, ali transakcije idu sve do 2023. godine, tako da sumnjam da mogu bilo ?ta da uradim u ovom trenutku. Odustao sam od njih jer je to lo? posao, to je stresno za novembarske grupe, nema veze bacanje starih u miks. ?teta ?to nisam na?ao ovaj forum po?etkom pro?le godine.
It depends on how old they are but worth an ask. I've only had refund from ninecasino so far and I've got hundreds of different merchants I've emailed and maybe 20 different casinos so it's not looking good! Mostly just ignored me but the transactions go all the way back to 2023 so I doubt I can do anything at this point I've given them up as a bad job it's way to stressful for the November lot nevermind throwing old ones into the mix. It's ashame I didn't find this forum early last year.
