Zdravo svima, dobio sam a?uriranje od moje banke (santander) da mi ka?e da su mi uspe?no podigli povra?aj sredstava, u ukupnom iznosu od 5400 funti. Nisam dobio nikakav privremeni novac i novac ?e mi biti dat samo ako trgovci ne dostave dovoljno dokaza. O?igledno bi moglo potrajati do 45 dana od sada.
Mislim da je va?no napomenuti da sam bio 100% iskren prema njima i da sam pomenuo kockanje odmah u telefonskom pozivu, i dao im mnogo dokumentacije koja pokazuje poku?aje kontakta sa trgovcima, kao i snimke ekrana za prikaz depozita sa veb stranice kazina. Mislim da ako ste iskreni sa svojom bankom i razgovarate telefonskim pozivom, oni ?e vam verovatno pomo?i.

Hi all, I've had an update from my bank (santander) to tell me that they have successfully raised chargebacks for me, totalling £5400. I haven't been credited any temporary money and the money will only be given to me if the merchants dont provide sufficient evidence. Could take up to 45 days from now apparently.
I think its important to note that I was 100% honest with them and mentioned the gambling straight away on a phone call, and provided them with lots of documentation showing attempted contact with the merchants, as well as screenshots to show the deposits from the casino website. I think if you are honest with your bank and speak via phone call, they will likely help you.
