Pi?em ovde jer kazino ve? mesecima ima ovaj problem.
Na izvodu iz banke imam prodavca, kazino mi ka?e da su potvrdili povra?aj novca i ?ak su mi dali RRN kod. ?ekam ve? mesec dana ili vi?e, ali ni?ta. Banka ka?e da kod nije u sistemu i da treba ponovo da kontaktiram prodavca. Ponovio sam ovu akciju najmanje 3 puta i isti odgovor i od banke i od prodavca.

I'm writing here because the casino has been having this problem for months.
I have a merchant on my bank statement, the casino tells me that they confirmed the refund and they even gave me the RRN code. I've been waiting for 1 month + but nothing. The bank says that the code is not in the system and that I should contact the merchant again. I've repeated this action at least 3 times and the same response from both the bank and the merchant.
If anyone has experienced something like this, please advise me on what I should do, thanks!

Scriu aici deoarece casinoul trage problema asta de luni intregi .
Am un comerciant pe extrasul bancar , casinoul imi spune ca a confirmat refundul si mi-au oferit chiar si codul RRN . Astept de 1 luna + dar nimic . Banca spune ca nu se regaseste in sistem acel cod si ca sa iau legatura din nou cu comerciantul . Am repetat actiunea asta de cel putin 3 ori si tot acelasi raspuns si de la banca si de la comerciant .
Daca a patit cineva asa ceva va rog sa ma sfatuiti cu ce ar trebui sa fac ,multumesc !
