Did you ask casino for sending you the transaction ID? ..when they say they sent it 5 times? I would try to ask them for ID first and then to contact your bank and ask for help regarding the unsuccessful transactions. There might be some issue when putting the numbers/symbols and spaces when making the bank transfer from their side. Is it the same bank account from which you deposited in casino? Please inform us later how the whole situation develops. Thank you.

No my identity has been fully verified, yes I have asked for 8d. They tell me they don't have access to that info. Finance dept does. They will not connect me to them. They say they forward my request for contact. No one has ever contacted me.
