I am facing a problem that is very new to me and rather unusual.

On 22.10, I requested a withdrawal of 500 Euros, which was approved on 24.10. Since then, I've been waiting for my money. I'm not receiving any information on why my money has not been received yet. I keep getting the same responses. In my experience, the money arrived the very next day, regardless of the amount.

I need this money as it belongs to me.

Can you assist me in successfully acquiring this money?

Am 22.10 habe ich 500 Euro beantragt zur Auszahlung, dieses wurde am 24.10 als erfolgreich genehmigt und nun warte ich seid dem tag auf mein Geld. Ich bekomme keine Infos wieso weshalb und warum mein Geld noch nicht erhalten habe . Ich werde immer wieder mit den gleichen antworten zu gepumpt. aus meiner Erfahrung kam das Geld direkt am n?chsten tag , egal welche summe.

Ich ben?tige dieses Geld da es mit zusteht.
