I've seen now that the Website Megapari is illegal in my country Germany.

They didn't have a license for the german market.

After that I've seen they've used another link for the german market. The normal link is blocked(see megapari1.jpg).

I was registrated as a german player from the beginning(see Megpari1.pdf).

Another point is they've done withdrawals without KCY.

That's illegal, caused of this was there was the possibility to play as an underage person.

No one from Megapari is answering me since one week.

Very bad.

I am waiting to send back my complete money less then the withdrawals.

We accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries or countries they do not have the license for to open an account as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to later cancel the player’s legitimate winnings. Simply said – if the casino allows players from such countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well. However, if the player personally chose to make deposits and lost, we believe they are not eligible for any refunds because they could lose their deposits in the same manner at any other casino.

Furthermore, many casinos allow players to withdraw smaller or first withdrawals without verification and this is not something that we could penalize the casino for.

Could you please clarify the dispute value (€5,000)? Do I understand correctly that you are asking for a deposit refund?

If that is the case, I am afraid that we don't think you are entitled to any refunds.

that is not right.

As I said, at the time of registration, the casino had the opportunity to recognize that I was from Germany and the question that needed to be answered was why the link https://megapari.com blocks German players and the website https://megapari. com.co/de/ doesn't block German players.

I think this is a clear deception.

The company also has in point 2.6. written in the general terms and conditions that payments will be refunded (less winnings).

Regarding the point about verification:

There were many deposits and withdrawals and still no verification was required.

In addition, there is evidence that the deposit was made using a credit card and paid out using another payment method.

I also think this is illegal because it is against the Money Laundering Act.

I would like to answer these questions and request that the case be opened.

I would be happy to attach the list of deposits and withdrawals if I get the chance.

Das Casino hatte wie gesagt zum Zeitpunkt der Anmeldung die M?glichkeit zu erkennen, dass ich aus Deutschland bin und die Frage die zu beantworten w?re, warum der Link https://megapari.com die deutschen Spieler blockt und die Website https://megapari.com.co/de/ deutsche Spieler nicht blockt.

Das halte ich für eine klare T?uschung.

Das Unternehmen hat au?erdem in Punkt 2.6. in den allgemeinen Gesch?ftsbedingungen geschrieben, dass die Zahlungen zurückgezahlt werden(abzüglich Gewinnen).

Zu dem Punkt mit der Verifizierung:

Es gab viele Einzahlungen und Auszahlungen und trotzdem wurde keine Verifizierung verlangt.

Au?erdem ist nachweislich mit Kreditkarte eingezahlt worden und mit einer anderen Zahlungsart ausgezahlt.

Auch das halte ich für illegal, weil es gegen das Geldw?sche-Gesetz ist.

Thank you for your reply, betzebub11. I understand your point of view, but in our opinion, the casino did nothing wrong. They didn't confiscate your winnings because you played from Germany. You personally and voluntarily created an account, made deposits, and played. It is in the player's own interest to do the research and play in casinos with the necessary license if that is what they wish. Therefore, my only advice here is that you always check casinos and if they have the license.

Moreover, casinos have free hands in designing their verification process unless the licensing authority wants to enforce some specific rules. This casino is licensed by Curacao, which is known to be less strict when it comes to making (any) rules and enforcing them, and we are not in a position to penalize the casino just because one player is dissatisfied with the verification process. Many players actually enjoy and prefer if the verification is performed later and can easily withdraw a few smaller withdrawals without any limitation.
