Hvala vam na va?im odgovorima i pra?enju slu?aja Natalija. Iskreno cenim va?u pomo?, jer, kao ?to je rekao predstavnik kazina, moj nalog je blokiran, a kako je rekao predstavnik kazina, ve? sam obave?ten da je ra?un trajno blokiran.
Problem je ?to ne ?ele da mi vrate ono ?to sam imao u bilansu i ?to sam legalno zaradio.
Za 6 meseci, nikada nisam bio obave?ten da sam prekr?io odredbe i uslove dok sam deponovao i/ili gubio novac. ?ak sam mogao da podignem novac iz nekih svojih dobitaka, gde sam mogao da nadoknadim neke od svojih gubitaka. Problem blokiranja i dodatne verifikacije nastao je kada sam po?eo da dobijam i kada sam ?eleo da podignem jo? dobitaka... za koje insistiram da su legalni.
Iskreno se nadam da ?e ovaj slu?aj biti re?en na zadovoljstvo obe strane.
Problem je bio toliko ozbiljan da sam i dalje dobijao mejlove od VIP odeljenja kome sam pripadao u kazinu jer sam bio dobra mu?terija.

I was even able to withdraw money from some of my winnings, where I could recover some of my losses. I truly hope this case is resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.

Gracias por sus respuestas y seguimiento del caso Natalia. En verdad aprecio su ayuda ya que como dice el representante del casino..mi cuneta fue bloqueada y como bien dice el representante del casino ya me habian informado que la cuenta esta bloqueada permanentemente.
El problema es que no me quieren regresar lo que tenia de saldo y que gane de manera legal.
Jamas en 6 meses me informaron que estuviera incumpliendo los terminos y condiciones mientras estuve depositando y/o perdiendo dinero..incluso pude retirar dinero de algunas ganancias donde podia recuperar algo de lo perdido.. el problema de bloqueo y verificacion adicional vinieron cuando comenze a ganar y cuando quise retirar mas ganancias..que insisto fueron de manera legal..
En verdad deseo se resuelva este caso para conformidad de Las 2 partes..
Tan es asi el problema que aun asi me seguian llegando correos del departamento VIP al que pertenecia en el casino por ser buen cliente..
