Opis situacije:
? 8. januara 2025. zatra?io sam povla?enje 844 dolara na svoj ra?un.
? Uspe?no sam zavr?io sve potrebne KIC procedure verifikacije i moji dokumenti su odobreni.
? Pro?lo je skoro mesec dana, ali kazino nije obradio moje povla?enje i nije odgovorio na moje upite.
Preduzete radnje:
? Vi?e puta sam kontaktirao podr?ku kazina, ali nisam dobio nikakav odgovor ili samo op?te odgovore.
