Obra?am se u vezi sa problemom sa mojim nalogom u kazinu Spinstralia.
Pre nekoliko nedelja (11. maja) pridru?io sam se Spinstralia-i. Nekoliko dana kasnije, nalog je neo?ekivano blokiran.
Nakon ?to sam kontaktirao onlajn podr?ku, tra?ili su da potvrdim svoj identitet. Prihvatili su moju voza?ku dozvolu, selfi i izvod iz banke, samo sam morao da im dam sliku pole?ine dozvole, ?to sam i uradio. Slede?i imejl koji sam dobio bio je u kojem me obave?tavaju da je moj nalog trajno suspendovan bez mogu?nosti oporavka.
U tom trenutku, na mom ra?unu je preostalo oko 500 dolara. Nije mi dato nikakvo upozorenje ili obja?njenje pre blokade.
Od tada nisam primio nikakve imejlove niti zvani?nu komunikaciju sa obja?njenjem razloga za ovu akciju. Moje poruke timu za podr?ku su ostale bez odgovora, ?to situaciju ?ini jo? frustriraju?om.
Tra?im pomo? u re?avanju ovog problema, jer smatram da je ova akcija preduzeta nepravedno.

I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my account at Spinstralia Casino.
A few weeks ago (11th May) I joined Spinstralia. A few days later account was unexpectedly blocked.
After contacting online support they requested I verify my identity. The accepted my licence, selfie and bank statement, I just had to give them a picture of the back of my licence which I did. The next email I recieve was to inform me my account had been permanently suspended with no possibility of recovery.
At the time, I had approximately $500 remaining in my balance. No warning or explanation was provided prior to the block.
Since then, I haven’t received any emails or official communication explaining the reason for this action. My messages to the support team have gone unanswered, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter, as I believe this action was taken unfairly.
