Jag har f?rs?kt ta ut pengar fr?n 1win sedan i fredags, n?r jag f?rs?ker ta ut ska det skicka en uttagskod till dig, jag har f?rs?kt ?ver 200 g?nger och aldrig f?tt den h?r koden, ja jag har ocks? kollat min skr?ppostmapp, tyv?rr inget d?r heller.
Jag har varit p? deras chatt kundtj?nst varje dag de senaste 5 dagarna.
De har informerat mig om problemet ?r att jag anv?nder en Hotmail-adress och de har bett mig att ?ndra min e-postadress.
Jag skickade in alla dokument och sk?rmdumpar de bad om och fick veta att det skulle ta 24 timmar.
Jag kom in p? dem 24 timmar senare eftersom det inte hade ?ndrats, bara f?r att bli ombedd att skicka in alla samma dokument och sk?rmdumpar igen, detta har h?nt varje g?ng jag kommer in p? chatten.
Jag har ocks? mailat deras supportteam p? mitt Gmail-konto som sa ?t mig att kontakta via e-post. Jag har f?rklarat att det inte har varit n?gon hj?lp och jag hoppas att de kommer tillbaka till mig.
Jag ska till?gga att jag mailade deras supportteam fr?n mitt Hotmail-konto som de aldrig fick tillbaka, men gjorde n?r jag anv?nde min Gmail.
Jag har ocks? en g?ng tidigare tagit ut pengar, haft samma problem men fortsatte att f?rs?ka och s? sm?ningom fick jag koden med att f?rs?ka igen

Hi,
I have been trying to withdraw money from 1win since Friday, when I try to withdraw it is supposed to send you a withdrawal code, I have tried over 200 times and never received this code, yes I have also checked my spam folder, Unfortunately nothing there either.
I have been on to their chat customer service every day for the last 5 days.
They have informed me the problem is I use a Hotmail address and they have asked me to change my email.
I submitted all the documents and screenshots they asked for and was told it would take 24 hours.
I got onto them 24 hours later as it had not changed, only to be asked to submit all the same documents and screenshots again, this has happened everytime I get onto the chat.
I have also emailed their support team on my Gmail account who told me to contact through email. I've explained that has been no help and I am hoping they get back to me.
I will add that I emailed their support team from my Hotmail account they never got back, but did when I used my Gmail.
I have also once previously withdrawn money, had the same issue but kept trying and eventually got the code with retrying
