2. Jag tror inte att casinot var medvetet om att jag skapade ett nytt konto eftersom mitt ursprungliga konto hackades eftersom jag vid den tiden inte heller var medveten om vem jag skulle kontakta eller f? support fr?n i ett s?dant fall.
3. P? casinot spelade jag inte livespel och det var inte heller ett slotspel. Jag samlade ihop mitt nuvarande saldo genom ett spel som heter Crash.
4. Casinorepresentanten st?llde en hel del fr?gor som: om min verifiering var klar eller inte, vem fick du pengarna fr?n, hur m?nga konton anv?nder du och s?. Mitt svar var att ja min verifiering ?r klar och n?gon slumpm?ssig person skickade mig ett enormt tips p? runt 1000$ varav jag fortfarande hade 2461$ i INR-form som nu har ?terkallats av casinorepresentanten sj?lv och jag ber?ttade ocks? om hela min historia som hur mitt konto blev hackat och sedan skapade jag ett nytt konto.
De hade all idé om hela historien om hur allt b?rjade och sedan gav de mycket otillfredsst?llande sk?l att inte motivera mitt p?st?ende. Jag ?r verkligen tacksam om du kan hj?lpa till i denna fr?ga och f? problemet l?st.

Hi Tomas, you don't need to be sorry for what has happened with me in bc.game. Below are the answers to your previous questions:
1. I joined bc.game on 10th of July 2022, so it is almost like 16 months now and my account was blocked on 28th March 2023.
2. I don't think the casino was aware about me creating a new account as my original account was hacked because at that time I was also not aware to whom to contact or get support from in such a case.
3. In the casino, I did not play live games and neither was it a slot game. I accumulated my current balance through a game that's called Crash.
4. The casino representative asked quite a few questions like: whether my verification was completed or not, who did you get the money from, how many accounts do you use and so. My response was that yes my verification is completed and some random person sent me a huge tip of around 1000$ of which I still had 2461$ amount in INR form which has now been revoked by the casino representative itself and also, I told them about my whole story like how my account got hacked and then I created another account.
They had all the idea about the whole story of how all the things got started and then they gave very unsatisfactory reasons to not justify my claim. I will truly be thankful if you can assist in this matter and get the issue resolved.
