Jag har varit Bovada-kund sedan 2015 och har aldrig haft n?gra problem f?rr?n nu. H?r ?r vad som h?nde:
Telefonnummerproblem:
Jag ville uppdatera mitt telefonnummer p? mitt konto eftersom det de har ?r ett gammalt nummer som jag inte l?ngre har tillg?ng till. Problemet ?r att jag hade gl?mt hela det gamla telefonnumret, s? jag kunde inte ange det under verifieringsprocessen.
Konto inaktiverat:
Efter att jag inte kunde verifiera det gamla telefonnumret inaktiverade Bovada mitt konto. Jag kontaktade supporten och de sa ?t mig att skicka in verifieringsdokument, inklusive en selfie med mitt ID.
Dokumentinl?mning:
Jag skickade in de n?dv?ndiga dokumenten tv? g?nger (tydliga bilder av mitt ID fram och bak tillsammans med en selfie). Men efter n?stan 6 dagar fick jag f?ljande mejl:
"Tack f?r att du skickade in din dokumentation till oss.
Ditt konto granskas f?r n?rvarande. Du kommer att kontaktas via e-post med ytterligare information och/eller instruktioner n?r utredningen av ditt konto har avslutats. V?nta tills en uppdatering tas emot eftersom ingen information kommer att vara tillg?nglig innan v?r granskning ?r klar."
Jag v?ntar fortfarande p? en uppdatering, och jag ?r verkligen frustrerad eftersom mitt saldo p? $1700 ?r l?st p? mitt konto och jag kan inte g?ra n?gonting.

Hi everyone,
I’ve been a Bovada customer since 2015 and never had any issues until now. Here’s what happened:
Phone Number Issue:
I wanted to update my phone number on my account because the one they have is an old number I no longer have access to. The problem is, I had forgotten the entire old phone number, so I couldn’t provide it during the verification process.
Account Disabled:
After I couldn’t verify the old phone number, Bovada disabled my account. I contacted support, and they told me to send in verification documents, including a selfie with my ID.
Document Submission:
I submitted the required documents twice (clear photos of my ID front and back along with a selfie). However, after almost 6 days, I received the following email:
"Thank you for submitting to us your documentation.
Your account is currently under review. You will be contacted via email with further details and/or instructions once the investigation into your account has concluded. Please wait until an update is received as no details will be available prior to the completion of our review."
I’m still waiting for an update, and I’m really frustrated because my $1700 balance is locked in my account, and I can’t do anything.
Has anyone had a similar experience? What should I do next?
