If your VIP level is one or two, you are eligible to withdraw a maximum of 500€ per day. Could you please advise when exactly you requested your winnings to be paid out?
Kindly keep in mind that we usually recommend players wait up to 14 days for their withdrawal request to be processed and for the winnings to appear in their bank account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
If your game history has been checked and your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
