Reviewing the information, we still need the client to submit the proof of address. Unfortunately, the withdrawal process cannot be started as we first need the verification information to be completed. We understand that you have already sent different documents to us, but at this moment, we need to conclude the verification process by the client sending a picture of the original document and not a screenshot.
If you are able to send that as soon as possible, please let us know so that we can inform the department in charge and get your payment expedited.
