Hej, f?r n?gra dagar sedan fick jag i mitt mejl en inbjudan att delta i en exklusiv turnering fr?n Duelbits: "Arentices Tournament: WEEK 1 - fishermen's guild". Det gjorde jag ocks? och hamnade p? 2:a plats fr?n leadearboard (leaderboard baserat p? h?gsta multiplikatorn i ett enda snurr). `

Det stod att p? turneringens anv?ndarvillkor skulle folk bli bel?nade 72 timmar efter det att den slutade..men jag fr?gade support f?r 4 dagar sedan och svarade: "Tyv?rr har vi ?nnu inte f?tt listan ?ver kvalificerade vinnare fr?n leverant?ren. S? snart detta tillhandah?lls , utbetalning kommer att g?ras till alla kvalificerade vinnare"
N?v?l, inga problem trots allt, beh?ver bara lite tid.. men f?r tv? dagar sedan fr?gade jag igen som support och fick ett annat mycket annorlunda svar: "B?sta kund, som v?rt ledningsteam n?mnde, har du blivit diskvalificerad fr?n turneringen p? grund av kampanjen missbruk. Det h?r beslutet ?r o?terkalleligt. Ha en underbar dag."
Jag vet verkligen inte vad som h?nde h?r. Den h?r turneringen handlade specifikt om h?gsta multiplikatorn i ett enda snurr s? vilken typ av missbruk pratar de om?? Jag har fr?gat support om detta "missbruk" men inte f?tt svar ?n s? l?nge... Roligt faktum ?r att jag deltog i VECKA 2 fr?n den h?r turneringen och redan f?tt min bel?ning, s? hur blir jag avst?ngd??
F?r att vara r?ttvis s? f?rlorade jag pengar p? att f?rs?ka f? en 2:e plats p? topplistan och fick sedan detta godtyckliga svar. Med tanke p? att jag inte gjorde n?got fel h?r och fick den h?r falska anklagelsen k?nner jag mig lite "lurad". Det var trots allt en turnering, inte en giveaway eller n?gon form av v?lg?renhet.
Jag har anv?nt Duelbits i n?stan 2 ?r, har KYCed, deltar alltid i dessa slotsturneringar och inga problem tills dess. Om n?gon kan hj?lpa mig att l?sa mig skulle det h?r problemet vara bra...och om det beh?vs har jag bevis p? att jag var p? andra plats n?r turneringen avslutades.
Hello, some days ago i received in my email an invite to participate in an exclusive tournament from Duelbits: "Aprentices Tournament: WEEK 1 - fishermen's guild". So did I, and ended up in 2th from leadearboard (leadearboard based on highest multiplier in a single spin). `

It said on tournament ToS people would get rewarded 72h after it ends..but i asked support 4 days ago and go this answer: "Unfortunately, we are yet to receive the list of eligible winners from the provider. As soon as this is provided, payout will be made to all eligible winners"
Well, no problem after all, just need some time.. but 2 days ago i asked again in support and got another very different answer: "Dear customer, as our Management team mentioned, you have been disqualified from the Tournament due to the promotion abuse. This decision is irreversible. Have a wonderful day."
I really dont know what happened here. This tournament specifically was about highest multiplier in a single spin so what kind of abuse are they talking about?? I've asked support about this "abuse" but didnt get answer so far...Funny fact is that in WEEK 2 from this tournament ive participated and already get my reward, so how i am banned??
To be fair ive lost cash trying to get 2th spot in leaderboard and then got this arbitrary answer. Considering i did nothing wrong here and got this false accusation i feel kinda "scammed".. After all that was a tournament not a giveaway or some kinda of charity.
I've been using Duelbits for almost 2 years, have KYCed, always participating on those slots tournaments and no problem until then. If someone can help solve me this issue would be great..and if ncessary i have proof i was at second place when tournament ended.
