I spoke to my card provider and they advised basically just to submit further information which they will then pass MasterCard. Not heard back yet regarding any other transactions. No news is good news.
They haven't responded. I've been emailing/spamming them for 6 months. I've sent emails to the Financial Intelligence Unit as well (email: [email protected]). Nothing from that either but maybe you'll have better luck.

I stupidly used Donbet in recent months which took deposits via SEPA transfer which were sent to Falcora Finance. Monzo don't seem to be helping so what is the best route to try next?

FYI everyone, managed to finally raise the chargebacks with Monzo, all of them. I even forgot about that money. Basically i have sent them all the links from media and told them that I understand that previously they didn’t raise the disputes, however since Mastercard issued statements that they will tackle the issue if they dont raise them i will be reporting them to the ombudsman for negligence.

i also sent them screenshots with deposits from the casino for the date and time to match these 3 merchants. Obviously none of them are a gambling company so hopefully its a win.
