Can you provide their email? Maybe i got a wrong one, but regarding my complaint, Polish police reply:
"we would like to inform you that, according to under Polish law, you are entitled to it pursuant to Art. 304 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, submitting a report on suspicion of committing a crime to the nearest Police Station or Prosecutor's Office.
Pursuant to Art. 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Polish law, evidence from witnesses cannot be replaced by notes, e-mails, etc., therefore you must appear in person at the Police Station or Prosecutor's Office and submit your testimony on the record and confirm it with your own signature.
You may also submit the notification in the country where you are staying.
Proceedings may be initiated upon submission of an official notification."
