That's what casinos usually ask for when they need an additional document. ID + passport. In some cases, they accept the driver's license, but it depends on the player's country of residence (and on the casino's procedures as well)

How could they possibly get away with scamming their players with a valid license. I've submitted my birth certificate and now waiting. Any other excuse now would be implausible. There is no way in hell they can get away with what they're doing. I would like the money I've rightfully won and they seem to do whatever they want, whenever they want. What I am about to say may seem harsh, but I gave them a chance and waited and waited.....they are compulsive liars who will do anything to prevent paying out your winnings. How was the Skype call? What was it about? I hope you'll say the problem was solved!

To be honest, Curacao licenses - or rather sublicenses - are just goods for sale, as far as I was told by players many times in the past, this "authority" does not investigate or get involved in players' issues.

I have never heard of resolved complaint handled by such authority, the way I see it, there are no issue handlers, just clerks.

Ok so it would seem that they are paying out in instalments. Keep on it. The fact that you got paid something, brings hope in that you'll get all of your funds at some point. I've asked them to close my account. According to their terms, they are obliged to pay out your remaining balance. But for whatever reason, they have decided to conduct an 'investigation' and they won't justify the delay. Did you have a similar experience? Did they tell you they were reviewing and investigating your account and not provide a reason for it?
